Scorpions, Bodrum, Turkey
Bodrum has suddenly risen up our must-visit lists. In addition to the opening of the chic new MAXX Royal Resort this summer, there will be the first Turkish branch of Mykonos beach club favorite Scorpios. Like the Greek original, it will not only focus on dining, conviviality and great music, but also on well-being. Expect a unique Ritual Space designed to bring people together in ‘transcendental’ experiences where art, dance and mindfulness come together.

Lucia Cannes, France
From the minds behind the iconic Nikki Beach brand comes this new restaurant and ‘Bain de Soleil’ spot on the palm-lined waterfront of La Croisette in Cannes. Come for the tuna crudo à la Niçoise or runner bean and asparagus salad, served in the maximalist space. And continue to enjoy the fully equipped beach chairs, where you can while away the afternoon with an ice-cold bottle of Provencal rosé.

The Peligoni Club, Zakynthos, Greece
Family-friendly Peligoni has been around since 1989 and has a lot to offer: its plentiful facilities range from tennis courts to kayaks, from spa treatment rooms to villas. Located among the rolling white sand beaches in El Rosario, this new club opened in late summer 2023 and has a polished boho vibe. Yellow Fish, Ibiza
Ibiza is one of the world capitals of beach clubs. And the scene just got a little more diversified with the addition of this fresh spot at the W Ibiza hotel in Santa Eulalia. Lounge chairs with bottle service are reserved exclusively for hotel guests, who can order from a special sangria menu at will (this is Spain, after all). Meanwhile, live DJs do their thing until sunset and beyond.

NAMMOS, Cannes, France
The glitzy NAMMOS, originating from Mykonos, is a vibrant place where corks on bottles fizz from the early afternoon. In May, a new branch – pampered by tamarisk trees and palms with views of the Esterel and Lérins Islands – will open its doors in Cannes. The location is excellent: in Palm Beach, a revamped 1920s destination that will also play host to the Riviera’s first saltwater swimming pool, a private members club and the first Zuma restaurant in France.

An oldie but a delicacy, La Guérite has been serving up an exclusive atmosphere and the charm of the Mediterranean since 1902 on the Riviera island of Sainte-Marguerite, near Cannes.
