After stepping back from her eponymous beauty company, legendary makeup guru Bobbi Brown has returned with the new brand Jones Road. The original 20-piece collection of clean makeup and skincare products was created with a simple ethos in mind: that every single product should be a hero product.

What is Jones Road?
After stepping away from the beauty brand she founded in the ’90s in 2016, Bobbi Brown launched Jones Road.
The offering consists of multi-purpose products, which promise to deliver “clean, strategic, high-performance formulations that work on every skin type and skin tone – and are as easy to use as they need to be mastered to be easy to use and effective”.
Everything about the brand, from the simple yet stylish packaging to the sleek ethos, feels fresh and modern.
As for its clean reputation, the brand says it follows guidelines even stricter than those of the EU, eliminating a host of unwanted ingredients including phthalates and sulphates.
Bobbi talks about the brand on her website, saying, “After I left Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, one of those questions was, ‘Why can’t I find makeup products that are both clean and powerful—that don’t sacrifice any of them?’ the other?’
She continues, “What I wanted was the makeup equivalent of a Swiss army knife: easy, cool, multi-functional products that could be used to nail any look, whether it’s no-makeup makeup or something with more drama.”
Brown goes on to describe Jones Road as “a growing collection of simple, smart products for all ages, skin types and skin tones that help women achieve the no-makeup makeup look naturally.”

Where to Shop Jones Road
After officially landing in the UK in July 2021, Jones Road was only available to shop on the brand’s website, but the must-try makeup brand is now also available at Liberty London, both in-store and online.

The latest addition to Jones Road’s offering is the Multivitamin Serum, which aims to simplify your skincare routine. Perfect for summer skin, the latest addition to Jones Road’s skincare offering is an Oil-Free Moisturizer. Lightweight yet hydrating, it promises not to leave your skin feeling too heavy, sticky or dewy.
“The Oil-Free Moisturizer is my summer staple,” says Bobbi Brown about the new product. “Not only is it lightweight, making it perfect on dry skin in hot and humid climates, but it also works really well on oily skin all year round. Apply your favorite SPF over the moisturizer for a lightweight finish.”
Gel bronzer
The latest must-have from the Jones Road collection is perfect for a natural, sun-kissed look this summer. The Gel Bronzer – which released earlier this month on June 15 – is a sheer, lightweight skin tint that barely feels at all. It comes in three shades (Light is “golden bronze”, Medium is “reddish bronze” and Dark is “chocolate bronze”) so you can find your perfect match. Simply apply directly to the cheeks, nose, forehead and neck (basically anywhere the sun would naturally hit).
While talking about the product, Bobbi Brown explains how versatile it is: “You can use Gel Bronzer on bare skin, mixed with your moisturizer, or over your What The Foundation. If you use it with emollient products, apply Miracle Apply Balm or Lip and Cheek. Stay right on top of it.”

The Bronzer
The latest addition to the Jones Road line-up, The Bronzer (£32), has been two years in the making and it doesn’t disappoint. A velvety soft powder that adds warmth to the skin. It is available in seven shades and is developed for a wide range of skin tones. Bobbi says: “Bronzers can often be too dry, too orangey and way too shiny, making them difficult to blend. This is not like most bronzers. Our Bronzer adds warmth to the skin and can be used as an all-over. skin tone, or for color correction if your skin looks sallow. It’s minimal, quick and easy to use. It’s truly a reinvention of a basic product that everyone should have in their makeup bag.” The new Bronzer Brush (£40) is an indispensable companion for flawless application.
What the Foundation (WTF)
Jones Road’s essential foundation product, What The Foundation (WTF) £42, is a moisture balm and foundation packed with skincare ingredients including jojoba oil and sodium hyaluronate. The WTF had a viral moment on TikTok and has since received rave reviews from beauty editors and enthusiasts alike. Available in 12 shades, the main goal of Bobbi’s foundation is to achieve a ‘your skin but better’ look that blends seamlessly.
The lip tint
Another recent addition to our Jones Road collection is the brand’s £26 Lip Tints. Described as “Bobbi’s version of a traditional lipstick,” the moisturizing lip product glides on effortlessly and is perfect for on-the-go. Available in nine shades, it’s a buildable shade, so it’s ideal whether you want a sheer pop of color or a dramatic, bold lip.
Shimmer facial oil
The Jones Road Shimmer Face Oil, £34, launched just in time for summer 2022. Described as “subtle glow in a bottle”, the lightweight, silky oil promises to wake up the complexion and leave skin radiant. It’s a makeup-skincare hybrid blended with nine oils to nourish and hydrate, and comes in four flattering shades.
“It’s great to use alone and great to mix with foundation,” explains Bobbi Brown. “I use one pump and I like to apply it all over, but if you haven’t used it before, try half a pump first. It doesn’t look super glittery, it’s just enough and it’s finely ground that it doesn’t work.” Don’t sit on the skin or sink into fine lines.”
Miracle Balm
Another hero product is the £36 Miracle Balm, a light-reflecting product that can be used to add a pop of color anywhere you want a tint or glow, including on the cheeks, lips and eyelids.
Plus, Jones Road recently added a new shade to the collection — and it’s a makeup bag must-have for an instant boost. Flushed is a warm pink color that instantly brightens the complexion. Speaking about the new launch, Bobbi said: “Blusher adds an injection of vitality to the skin, this shade combined with the moisturizing texture of Miracle Balm equals Flushed.
“Every time I’m not feeling my vibrant self, Flushed mimics it: I apply a little bit of color high on the cheekbones, across the nose or across the forehead. When people see Flushed, they might think it looks a little intense , but it’s sheer with little gold flecks. Flushed does everything, it’s a Blush, it’s a Tint—there’s no rule book.”
The facial pencil
The Face Pencil, £24 – dubbed ‘the all-purpose stick’ – is a must-try. It promises to cover redness and dark spots, correct discolorations and lighten dark circles, all while delivering a natural finish that’s described as “virtually undetectable.”
The miracle cream
We’ve also got our eye on the delightfully affordable Miracle Cream, £38, which not only promises to leave skin feeling plumper and refreshed, but also contains acne-fighting sunflower oil, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory vitamin A and nourishing shea butter. . It can be used as a daily moisturizer for dry skin types or as a night mask.
